If you send us letters telling us how wonderful our stuff is, we will ask you first for your permission, before posting them on the internet on this site.  We will just use your initials to identify you unless you want us to use your full name.

We actually did an email campaign at Christmas 2005, to offer a discount to customers whose email address we had on file.  That was a first.  

We did a snail mailing to customers whose postal address we had on file, about 10 years ago.  

So don't be scared you'll be inundated with communications from us or anyone else, as a result of communicating with us now.  You won't.
