Exchange policy:
If you find you need to send anything back to us, for an exchange if the size or colour is not appropriate, or for a refund if it just doesn't work out for you, then please call us first to let us know it's coming back.
It is especially important to call first if you are sending something back to our US warehouse since we visit there infrequently, and we like to be able to respond really fast.
And please make a note of the address it came from - and send it back to the same place. If was shipped to anywhere in the US it would have come from our warehouse in Cheektowaga, NY, and should be returned there.
If it was sent to anywhere in Canada or the rest of the world it would have come from our headquarters near Trout Creek, Ontario, and should be returned there.
